About Founder

CS Santosh M. Ambre is a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and in Practice since 2014 and founder of Ambre & Associates, firm of Company Secretaries.

He is a competent professional having enrich 9 years post qualification experience as Company Secretary with expertise in Corporate Laws, FEMA, and Trademark Act, 1999 providing compliance services to Companies under The Companies Act, 2013.

He is also Registered Trademark Agent and having Sound Knowledge about Intellectual Property Related Laws and have Practical expertise in Registering Trademarks etc.

He has Completed Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in 2006 and having interesting journey of Medico Turned into Successful Practicing Company Secretary.
